By using this website to make reservations at Kamal Bliss Resort, you agree to comply with our standard terms and conditions as well as any additional policies that may apply.
When making a reservation, you authorize Kamal Bliss Resort to use your personal information, including credit/debit card details provided, solely for the purpose of processing your reservation.
Applicable Taxes
Taxes will be applicable at the time of your reservation.
Requests for extending your stay will be offered at the current rate available at the time of your request. If the original booking rate has expired, the extension will be subject to the new rates on offer.
By using this website or third-party channels to make reservations, you acknowledge the possibility of technical inaccuracies, typographical errors, or other mistakes regarding room rates, occupancy, availability, or other hotel requirements. Kamal Bliss Resort is not liable for any such inaccuracies and reserves the right to make changes or corrections to the information displayed on this website at any time without prior notice.
Children up to 5 years of age can stay for free (cribs are subject to availability). Additional charges may apply for children aged between 5 and 12 years. Children aged 13 and older will be charged at the extra adult rate.
The Resort reserves the right to request valid proof of identity (e.g., passport or national identity card) from all guests checking in. If the identification does not match the reservation or if a guest refuses to provide the necessary identification, the Resort reserves the right to refuse check-in. We also reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations made in breach of these Terms and Conditions or for fraudulent purposes.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation policies may vary based on room rates and availability. This policy will be provided along with your reservation confirmation. Any cancellation must comply with the applicable cancellation policy.
Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to 12:00 PM local time on your scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance will not be eligible for a refund.
Upon cancellation, the refund will be processed, deducting any applicable cancellation charges and taxes. The refund will be credited back to the original payment method within 10-15 business days.
Payment Terms Policy
A pre-authorization will be placed on your credit card for the total stay upon arrival. Payments can be made via credit card, payment gateway link, bank deposit, or demand draft before the due date.
Guests may charge purchases for goods and services, including food and beverages, to their room during their stay. You are personally liable for these charges, which must be settled upon receiving the hotel bill or during check-out.
Payments are subject to your bank’s foreign transaction fees, if applicable. Cash payments over INR 50,000 require PAN card details to be submitted.
